Responsibilities
- Load/unload freight trucks and sort inventory efficiently
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Follow safety protocols and maintain 5S workplace standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly production targets
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Valid driver's license (preferred for equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Previous warehouse experience (bonus but not required)
