Responsibilities
- Supervise night shift team members to ensure efficient order fulfillment and inventory accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Coordinate cross-functional workflows with receiving, shipping, and inventory departments
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Train new hires on warehouse systems and operational procedures
- Generate daily performance reports and identify improvement opportunities
- Manage inventory reconciliation and cycle count processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse or logistics experience required
- OSHA certification and forklift operation license mandatory
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varied temperature conditions
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
