Responsibilities
- Supervise 8-12 night shift staff during 11 PM - 7 AM operations
- Optimize warehouse workflow using WMS systems
- Conduct daily inventory audits and cycle counts
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Coordinate with day shift team for seamless transitions
- Train new hires on equipment and procedures
- Resolve operational issues with minimal downtime
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficient in WMS software (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Flexible schedule availability
- High school diploma or equivalent required
