Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 night shift team members, ensuring efficient order fulfillment and inventory accuracy
- Oversee loading/unloading operations with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Optimize warehouse workflow using WMS systems (SAP/JDA experience preferred)
- Conduct daily safety inspections and maintain OSHA compliance documentation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless handoffs between shifts
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
- Handle exception processing for damaged goods and returns
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems and inventory management software
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development experience
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery operation expertise
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
