Responsibilities
- Supervise 8-12 team members during evening shift operations
- Optimize inventory management systems and order fulfillment workflows
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a hazard-free workspace
- Train new associates on warehouse equipment and safety protocols
- Coordinate with day shift management for seamless handovers
- Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements
- Conduct quality control audits on outbound shipments
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience
- Forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous night shift experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of Spanish a plus
