Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all night-shift warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping activities.
- Manage and mentor a team of warehouse associates, ensuring high morale and productivity.
- Conduct daily safety audits and enforce OSHA compliance standards to maintain a secure working environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the day-shift team to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Generate and analyze operational reports to identify areas for process improvement.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve shipping discrepancies efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics, preferably in a night-shift capacity.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to direct a diverse team.
- Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory software.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
