Responsibilities
- Oversee 50+ night shift staff with real-time performance metrics monitoring
- Optimize inbound/outbound logistics workflows using WMS systems
- Implement OSHA compliance protocols for night-specific hazards
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for peak-hour order fulfillment
- Analyze KPIs to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage inventory reconciliation during low-traffic periods
- Lead emergency response protocols for night-shift incidents
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with night shift leadership
- Advanced proficiency in WMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment operation expertise
- Data-driven decision making using BI tools
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Operations Management
- Proven crisis management experience during night operations
- Spanish bilingual preferred for diverse team communication
