Responsibilities
- Execute precise inventory management including cycle counts, stock rotation, and quality control checks
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate loading/unloading of freight with meticulous attention to documentation accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces while adhering to 5S methodology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking and order fulfillment
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through Kaizen events
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience with night shift exposure preferred
- OSHA certification for material handling equipment operation (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
- Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy in documentation
- Flexible availability including weekends during peak seasons
- Basic math and computer literacy with MS Office proficiency
- Valid state driver's license and clean MVR record
