Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 person night shift team with scheduling and performance reviews
- Oversee inventory control systems and optimize warehouse workflows
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain safety protocols during all operations
- Coordinate with day shift management for seamless operational handoffs
- Train new hires on equipment operation and company procedures
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery proficiency required
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
