Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift warehouse associates, assigning tasks and ensuring productivity targets
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols to maintain zero-accident standards
- Coordinate inventory management including receiving, stocking, and cycle counting
- Optimize warehouse layout and material handling processes for efficiency
- Train and mentor staff on equipment operation (forklifts, WMS systems)
- Collaborate with day-shift supervisors for operational continuity
- Generate performance reports and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery experience
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
