Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ night shift staff, delegating tasks and maintaining productivity standards
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance during overnight operations
- Optimize inventory management systems including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless operational handovers
- Resolve operational issues and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
- Conduct quality checks and process improvements for overnight workflows
- Prepare daily performance reports and productivity metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with night shift supervision
- Forklift certification and advanced inventory system proficiency
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make quick decisions
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
- Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and warehouse best practices
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in temperature-controlled environments
- Experience with WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
