Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ person night shift team including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Optimize warehouse workflow for inbound/outbound shipments using WMS systems
- Implement safety protocols and OSHA compliance across all operations
- Conduct inventory audits and resolve discrepancies within 24-hour windows
- Collaborate with day shift supervisors for seamless operational transitions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for productivity metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Proficiency in WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
