- Manage 10-15 night shift associates, ensuring efficient workflow and safety compliance
- Oversee inventory control, including cycle counts and reconciliation
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) and train staff
- Address operational issues and implement process improvements
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting systems
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless transitions
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in night shift environments
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied temperatures
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
