Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift staff, assigning tasks and maintaining productivity standards
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments using WMS systems
- Conduct daily safety audits and enforce OSHA compliance
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex challenges
- Generate performance reports for senior management
- Train new hires on equipment protocols and procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid Maryland driver's license
