Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ person night shift team with precision scheduling and performance management
- Optimize inventory control systems for 24/7 operations using RF scanning technology
- Implement safety protocols maintaining OSHA compliance and zero-accident record
- Coordinate cross-functional workflows between receiving, packing, and shipping departments
- Analyze operational data to drive efficiency improvements and cost reduction
- Train staff on new equipment and warehouse management software
- Manage emergency situations during off-hours with decisive leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced logistics environment
- OSHA certification and forklift operation proficiency
- Advanced knowledge of WMS systems and RF scanning technology
- Strong data analysis skills with experience in KPI reporting
- Excellent conflict resolution and team motivation abilities
- Ability to work independently during off-hours with minimal supervision
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexibility to work nights (10 PM - 6 AM) with weekend rotation
