Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 person night shift team, coordinating daily warehouse operations
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring OSHA compliance
- Optimize inventory management systems for 24/7 accuracy
- Train and mentor staff on new equipment and procedures
- Resolve operational issues and maintain productivity metrics
- Collaborate with day shift leadership for smooth transitions
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS software and inventory systems
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Flexible availability (11 PM - 7 AM schedule)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
