Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 staff during overnight shift operations
- Optimize inventory management systems and dock scheduling
- Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Train and mentor new team members on equipment operations
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems
- Generate daily performance reports for management review
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless transitions
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience required
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong knowledge of WMS and inventory tracking systems
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed
