Responsibilities
- Supervise 8-12 night shift staff, ensuring optimal productivity and safety compliance
- Manage inventory control systems, including cycle counts and reconciliation
- Coordinate loading/unloading of trucks and dock scheduling
- Enforce OSHA standards and maintain a hazard-free workspace
- Train and develop team members on equipment operation and procedures
- Generate shift reports and communicate with day management
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment proficiency
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
