Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ night shift team members including scheduling and performance reviews
- Oversee inventory control systems and ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments for seamless operations
- Implement safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize warehouse workflow using WMS technology
- Resolve operational challenges and implement continuous improvements
- Conduct daily shift briefings and performance tracking
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- OSHA certification required
- Advanced WMS system proficiency (SAP/JDA preferred)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery experience
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
