Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ person night shift team including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Optimize warehouse workflows for maximum efficiency during overnight operations
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols across all shift activities
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation with precision
- Coordinate with day shift leadership for seamless operational transitions
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking and reporting
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in productivity and quality
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with night shift leadership
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
- Forklift certification and equipment operation expertise
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
