Responsibilities
- Coordinate nightly inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Supervise 10-15 team members, providing training and performance feedback
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspace standards

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
