Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ member night shift team, ensuring efficient order fulfillment and inventory accuracy
- Implement and enforce safety protocols including OSHA compliance and hazard prevention
- Coordinate cross-functional operations between receiving, packing, and shipping departments
- Utilize WMS systems to track inventory and resolve discrepancies in real-time
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and performance evaluations for overnight staff
- Collaborate with day shift supervisors for seamless operational handovers
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for overnight processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience with night shift focus
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong problem-solving abilities for overnight operational challenges
- Excellent communication skills for leading overnight teams
- Ability to work independently during low-supervision periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
