Responsibilities
- Oversee all night shift warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Train and supervise 8-12 team members, ensuring adherence to safety protocols
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems and process improvements
- Conduct daily safety audits and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Resolve operational issues and communicate with day shift leadership
- Manage inventory accuracy and cycle count execution
- Prepare shift reports and performance metrics for management review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with night shift exposure
- OSHA certification and Forklift operation proficiency required
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development track record
- Advanced knowledge of WMS systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in logistics a plus
