Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor 8-12 team members, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems and data-driven performance metrics
- Coordinate cross-departmental communications for seamless 24/7 operations
- Conduct nightly audits and prepare detailed shift reports for management review
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for productivity and cost reduction
- Manage emergency response protocols during overnight hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience with night shift exposure
- OSHA 30-hour certification and strong safety compliance background
- Proficient in WMS platforms (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan) and inventory software
- Excellent leadership skills with proven team development track record
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions under pressure
- Valid Texas driver's license and forklift certification required
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting operational KPIs
