Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 night shift team members including task assignment and performance reviews
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, inventory accuracy, and dock operations
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance during overnight hours
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking and reporting
- Conduct shift handovers and maintain detailed operational logs
- Train staff on new equipment and warehouse technologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery operation skills
- Advanced knowledge of WMS systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in temperature-controlled environments
- Excellent communication skills for shift coordination
- Valid driver's license with clean record
