Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ team members during overnight operations (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Ensure efficient order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and safety compliance
- Optimize workflow using WMS systems and RF scanners
- Train new hires on equipment operation and company protocols
- Resolve operational issues and maintain performance metrics
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless transition
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training required
- Proficient with WMS software and RF technology
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
