Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 warehouse associates during overnight operations
- Optimize inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and equipment operation standards
- Coordinate with day-shift supervisors for seamless transition
- Conduct quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Manage warehouse technology systems (WMS, RF scanners)
- Resolve operational issues and maintain productivity metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment proficiency
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems
- Ability to work independently overnight with minimal oversight
- OSHA 10 or 30-hour certification preferred
- Basic computer skills and WMS familiarity
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
