Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 night shift warehouse associates, ensuring productivity and safety compliance
- Coordinate inventory management, receiving, and shipping operations
- Implement process improvements to optimize workflow efficiency
- Train and mentor team members on equipment operation and safety protocols
- Conduct daily safety inspections and maintain OSHA compliance
- Generate shift reports and communicate with day-shift management
- Resolve operational issues and maintain accurate inventory records
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience required
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery operation skills
- Strong leadership abilities with conflict resolution expertise
- Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Flexible schedule availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
