Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ night shift staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee inventory control, order fulfillment, and dock operations
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize warehouse efficiency through process improvements and technology utilization
- Resolve operational issues and coordinate with day shift teams
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance requests
- Generate performance reports and KPI analysis for management
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience, preferably in night shift operations
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training required
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in climate-controlled warehouse
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with cross-functional team coordination
