Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 team members during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Optimize warehouse workflows for inventory accuracy and efficiency
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Coordinate with day-shift supervisors for operational continuity
- Conduct pre-shift safety briefings and performance evaluations
- Manage inventory reconciliation using WMS systems
- Address operational challenges with proactive problem-solving
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery operation skills
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards
- Experience with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Basic data analysis and reporting skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
