Responsibilities
- Oversee all warehouse operations during the night shift, ensuring workflow efficiency and timely fulfillment of orders.
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies to minimize accidents.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct nightly cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors and management to ensure seamless transitions and operational continuity.
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and report any necessary repairs to the facilities team.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or relevant certification preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Proven ability to lead a team effectively, especially during non-traditional hours (Night Shift).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Basic proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and computer applications.
