Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 person night shift team, including scheduling and performance management
- Monitor inventory accuracy and implement cycle counting procedures
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless operational handovers
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency during overnight operations
- Train new hires on equipment operation and safety procedures
- Generate daily productivity reports and address performance gaps
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Valid Washington state driver's license
- Available to work flexible night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic Excel and inventory management software knowledge
