Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ team members during overnight shifts, ensuring efficient workflow and safety compliance
- Coordinate inventory management, including cycle counts and stock reconciliation
- Train and mentor new associates on equipment operation and company protocols
- Implement process improvements to optimize productivity and reduce operational costs
- Conduct daily safety briefings and enforce OSHA regulations
- Collaborate with day-shift supervisors for seamless handovers and operational continuity
- Generate performance reports and address staffing needs proactively
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in night shift environments
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems and inventory management software
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make quick decisions
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Forklift certification required (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
