Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 person night shift team, ensuring operational efficiency and safety compliance
- Coordinate receiving, storage, and shipping activities using WMS systems
- Conduct daily safety audits and enforce OSHA regulations
- Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs
- Train and mentor staff on equipment operation and best practices
- Manage inventory control and reconciliation procedures
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns to management
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Excellent communication skills with multilingual teams
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed
