Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 warehouse staff during night shift operations
- Coordinate receiving, stocking, and shipping activities
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations
- Implement inventory control procedures using WMS systems
- Train and mentor new team members
- Resolve operational issues and maintain workflow efficiency
- Generate daily performance reports for management
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless transitions
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience
- Proven ability to supervise night shift teams
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment operation skills
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety protocols
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions
- Willingness to pass background check and drug screening
