Responsibilities
- Supervise 8-12 team members during overnight operations (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Implement inventory management systems using WMS technology
- Coordinate loading/unloading of high-volume shipments
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Train new associates on equipment operation (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Generate daily performance reports and process documentation
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification (OSHA 10 preferred)
- Proficient in inventory management software
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand 8+ hours
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Excellent written/verbal communication
- Flexible availability for rotating shifts
- High school diploma (college degree preferred)
