Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate 10-15 night shift staff including pickers, packers, and forklift operators
- Ensure efficient inventory management and accurate order fulfillment
- Maintain OSHA compliance and implement safety protocols
- Conduct pre-shift meetings and performance reviews
- Resolve operational issues and optimize workflow efficiency
- Prepare daily shift reports and inventory counts
- Coordinate cross-functional team collaboration with day shift
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- Forklift certification required
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in WMS software and inventory systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
