- Manage 10-15 team members during overnight shift operations

- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance standards
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum productivity
- Conduct daily team briefings and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with day shift managers for seamless operations
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Valid forklift certification
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field
