Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate 10-15 night shift team members to ensure efficient workflow and safety compliance
- Implement and optimize inventory control systems to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and resolve operational challenges in real-time
- Oversee loading/unloading of trailers and ensure proper documentation
- Train staff on new equipment and safety protocols per OSHA standards
- Generate nightly performance reports and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience with night shift exposure
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10-hour training required
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory management
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
