Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 night shift team members, ensuring productivity and safety compliance
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments using WMS systems
- Conduct daily inventory audits and reconciliation
- Implement process improvements for overnight operations
- Train staff on equipment operation and safety protocols
- Resolve operational issues with minimal disruption
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- Night shift supervisory background required
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery proficiency
- Advanced WMS system knowledge (SAP preferred)
- OSHA 30-hour certification
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
- Strong problem-solving under pressure
