- Maintain accurate documentation of shift activities and inventory levels
- Implement process improvements to boost nightly productivity
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a hazard-free work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse management or supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Valid forklift certification and safe operation skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Excellent communication skills for cross-shift handovers
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
