Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ team members during overnight shifts
- Optimize inventory flow and dock operations
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Implement process improvements using WMS systems
- Conduct daily performance evaluations
- Coordinate with day-shift management for handovers
- Resolve operational issues with minimal downtime
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proficient in inventory management software
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Valid forklift certification
- High school diploma or equivalent required
