Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 night shift team members, ensuring task completion and safety compliance
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and inventory management systems
- Implement process improvements for operational efficiency and cost reduction
- Conduct daily shift briefings and performance evaluations
- Maintain OSHA compliance and workplace safety protocols
- Collaborate with day shift teams for operational continuity
- Manage equipment maintenance and facility security during overnight hours
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and inventory management systems
- Proven ability to lead teams in high-pressure, overnight environments
- Proficiency in WMS software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Valid forklift certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
