Responsibilities
- Manage 15-20 night shift associates in order fulfillment and inventory control
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols are strictly followed
- Optimize warehouse workflow for maximum efficiency and accuracy
- Train and mentor new team members on equipment and procedures
- Conduct daily inventory audits and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless operations
- Prepare daily performance reports for management review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience required
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP/Oracle experience a plus)
- Forklift certification mandatory
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Basic knowledge of Chicago industrial regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
