Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 person night shift team including task delegation and performance monitoring
- Ensure accurate inventory management using WMS systems
- Maintain OSHA compliance and safety protocols during overnight operations
- Coordinate with day shift team for seamless workflow transitions
- Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements
- Conduct shift handovers and daily production reporting
- Train new hires on equipment and safety procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Experience with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic computer literacy and reporting skills
