Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor 10-15 night shift team members, ensuring productivity and safety standards
- Coordinate inventory management, including cycle counts and stock reconciliation
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) and conduct daily inspections
- Implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Enforce OSHA compliance and maintain a hazard-free work environment
- Manage cross-functional communication with day shift and logistics partners
- Generate performance reports and KPI tracking for leadership review
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- Forklift certification and advanced equipment operation skills
- Strong proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
