Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 night shift associates, ensuring efficient workflow and task completion
- Manage inventory systems including cycle counts and WMS operations
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized workspace
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless operational handovers
- Address performance issues and conduct shift briefings
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and documentation
- Implement process improvements for overnight efficiency
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse/supervisory experience required
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Proficient in WMS software and inventory management tools
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree a plus
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Reliable transportation for overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
