Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 warehouse associates during night shift operations
- Optimize inventory management and stock rotation processes
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
- Coordinate loading/unloading of cross-border shipments
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Train and mentor new team members
- Generate daily performance reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Spanish/English bilingual required
- Forklift certification mandatory
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible night schedule
- Valid Texas driver's license
