Responsibilities
- Manage and direct 8-10 team members during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Oversee receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment processes
- Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize warehouse layout and operational efficiency
- Conduct daily team briefings and performance evaluations
- Resolve operational issues and coordinate with day-shift supervisors
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions
- Basic proficiency with WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
