Responsibilities
- Oversee all night shift warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Manage team of 10-15 staff members, scheduling and performance reviews
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
- Optimize inventory control systems and reduce operational costs
- Coordinate with day shift teams for smooth transition of operations
- Utilize WMS software for inventory tracking and reporting
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience, preferably in night shift
- OSHA certification and strong safety leadership background
- Proficient in WMS systems and inventory management software
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong team management and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid forklift certification
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
